"Here's another way to put it: You're here to be light, bringing out the God-colors in the world. God is not a secret to be kept. We're going public with this, as public as a city on a hill. If I make you light-bearers, you don't think I'm going to hide you under a bucket, do you? I'm putting you on a light stand. Now that I've put you there on a hilltop, on a light stand—shine! Keep open house; be generous with your lives. By opening up to others, you'll prompt people to open up with God, this generous Father in heaven.
What Does Light Do?
guides/gives direction purifies, uv light is used to sterilize scientific equipment cleans uv light used to lighten /clean teeth can cut through anything laser is powerful because it is focused light it can be used to heal light gives heat fire light is an expression of energy
Carry The Light
Philippians 2:14-16 NIV
Do everything without grumbling or arguing, so that you may become blameless and pure, "children of God without fault in a warped and crooked generation." Then you will shine among them like stars in the sky as you hold firmly to the word of life. And then I will be able to boast on the day of Christ that I did not run or labor in vain.
What Will You Do With The Light
What Will you do? will you win your friends, your school, your neighborhood, your family, your world? will you live differently? will you be the direction people need to follow? will you be powerful?

goals for 2013 120 students Each student brings a friend who gets plugged in a stays 280 salvations Each students wins one friend quarter and we have 20 saved in service 80 baptisms The 20 per quarter who were saved get baptised 60 spirit baptisms each students who stays get plugged in and baptised receives baptism in the holy spirit students lay hands on friends at school and they receive baptism Sunday School 10 in high school 20 in middle school each current student get one more leaders 40 adult/young adult leaders double plus 10 current leaders 20 student leaders each current leaders mentor one student leader Will you make it happen and be the marvelous light in the world?
