On Navigated Course
Revelation 3:7 NIV
"To the angel of the church in Philadelphia write: These are the words of him who is holy and true, who holds the key of David. What he opens no one can shut, and what he shuts no one can open.
On Navigated Course
If you find yourself off course, God never shuts the doorway that leads you back.
4 Step Process
Acts 20:22-24 NIV
"And now, compelled by the Spirit, I am going to Jerusalem, not knowing what will happen to me there. I only know that in every city the Holy Spirit warns me that prison and hardships are facing me. However, I consider my life worth nothing to me; my only aim is to finish the race and complete the task the Lord Jesus has given me—the task of testifying to the good news of God's grace.
4 Stages of walking the navigated path that God has for each and every one of us:
- The prompting of the Holy Spirit

Job 32:18-19 NIV
For I am full of words, and the spirit within me compels me; inside I am like bottled-up wine, like new wineskins ready to burst.

If you don’t feel compelled by God for anything, it could be that you might not have truly connected with God’s Spirit.

Acts 20:22 NIV
"And now, compelled by the Spirit, I am going to Jerusalem, not knowing what will happen to me there.
God uses our faith for the journey for two reasons:
- So you will learn and trust Him more through the journey. - If you could see the beginning and the end, you wouldn’t need Him. You would try to go straight to the destination on your own and fail.

1 Corinthians 16:5-9 NIV
After I go through Macedonia, I will come to you—for I will be going through Macedonia. Perhaps I will stay with you for a while, or even spend the winter, so that you can help me on my journey, wherever I go. For I do not want to see you now and make only a passing visit; I hope to spend some time with you, if the Lord permits. But I will stay on at Ephesus until Pentecost, because a great door for effective work has opened to me, and there are many who oppose me.
Predictable Resistance
Acts 20:23 NIV
I only know that in every city the Holy Spirit warns me that prison and hardships are facing me.

1 Thessalonians 2:18 NIV
For we wanted to come to you—certainly I, Paul, did, again and again—but Satan blocked our way.
Focused Determination
Acts 20:24 NIV
However, I consider my life worth nothing to me; my only aim is to finish the race and complete the task the Lord Jesus has given me—the task of testifying to the good news of God's grace.
Where should my focus be?
When vision increases - options decrease - making it easier to walk the right path He has for my life.
